Frequently asked questions

Are all features included in the price?

Yes. The key GarageSoft features are included. We do not artificially split the workshop workflow into packages, because the value comes from calendar, work orders, estimates, messages, parts, AI and invoicing working together.

Why is pricing based on users?

It is the fairest model for workshops. A solo operator pays less, and a larger workshop pays more only when more users are added.

When does the solo price apply?

The solo price of 96 € / month is for a workshop with one active user. When users are added, pricing moves to the Workshop base price and extra users.

What usage-based costs can occur?

Usage-based costs include license plate lookup at 0.30 € / lookup, SMS messages at 0.10 € / message and e-invoicing at 0.95 € / invoice. They are charged only when used.

What does onboarding cost?

Assisted onboarding costs 245 €. Your salesperson can agree the onboarding details with you in the offer.

Is GarageSoft only an AutoJerry tool?

No. AutoJerry is a useful integration, but GarageSoft is mainly the full workshop workflow: calendar, estimates, work orders, customer messages, parts, payments and invoicing.
